We hate to be boring, but there is some super important information we really need you to read. 

Breakfast is served

Monday to Sunday: 10:30am till 3:45pm

Lunch is served

Monday to Sunday: 12pm till 3:45pm

Dinner is served

Sunday to Thursday: 5pm till 10pm
Friday and Saturday: 5pm till 11pm

Bar is open from

Sunday to Thursday: 10:30pm to 11pm
Friday and Saturday: 10:30pm to 12am

Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended for dinner. Due to Government Legislation, we are only able to offer tables for six guests or fewer.

Bookings Policy

Deposits are required for tables of 5 guest and above on Fridays and Saturdays or bank holidays. £10 per guest.

All bookings are for a 1 hours and 45min period. We will happily prolong your stay if we have availability. We allow 15min for lateness but this will be deducted from your original booking time.

We do as management have the right to cancel a booking non responsive or a late booking.

Please allow for a minimum of 24hrs for cancellations as we allocate seating for all our bookings guests.

Dress code and Door Policy

Upstairs is smart dress only Fridays and Saturdays.
No hats, caps or hoodies are permitted to be worn in Yaz.
Ground floor dining at YAZ is casual smart but we do not permit sliders/slipper or tracksuits

Management have the right to refuse entry to visitors if their attire does not reflect the above. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated to ensure the general welfare of all of our guests. We operate a strict no drugs policy therefore you may be required to be searched at the door or in the venue.

Terms and Conditions
Behaviour:

• Management reserves the right to remove any guest from the venue for any reason. Rowdy and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
• All attendees to any event held on the premises must be aged 18 or over. You are ultimately responsible for all the guests in your party.
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy on harassment. Guests must not, under any circumstances, touch or talk to any of the staff, servers, or performers in an inappropriate manner.
• Management retains absolute discretion to decide what is ‘inappropriate’. If you or a group member acts in a manner that our management judges to threaten or disrupt the safety or enjoyment of others, or acts inappropriately we may remove you from the premises and no refunds will be given.

Liability:

Due to the venue layout and the low-light atmosphere, we cannot accept liability for any accidents which occur from the wearing of high heels or other types of raised soles other than those worn for podiatric reasons.

Rescheduling:

All parties who wish to reschedule can do so by either email or telephone.
Please contact us on 020 8279 9239 at least two weeks before your original booking date. The pre-paid deposit will be transferred over to the new date and no further action is required.

If rescheduling notice is less than two weeks before the booking, and an alternative date cannot be found, or if you are cancelling with less than two weeks’ notice, then all guests’ deposits will be at risk of forfeiture.
